You can make bookings through Ajois website. Once you make a booking through Ajois, your experience provider will have to confirm it within the next 24 hours. In case the experience is not confirmed, your money will be automatically refunded.

Remember, that you can not bring any additional guests to an experience, unless they also have a booked spot for the experience. Experience providers will turn away any additional guests.

If your host does not confirm your booking within 24 hours, or if your host at any time cancels your booking, you will be fully refunded.
Paying through Ajois you and your payments are protected under Ajois Terms of Service, cancellation and refund policies. Also, it helps you to keep your booking information in one place and easily reachable.
We cannot confirm any prices or safety for payments made outside Ajois platform. Additionally, our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to any payments made outside Ajois.
Making payments or communicating with an experience provider outside Ajois platform makes it harder for us to keep your information safe, and puts you at a risk of fraud and other security issues.

Only customers who have participated in an experience booked through Ajois can review experiences on Ajois platform. All reviews on Ajois are uncensored, and experiences that continuously get bad reviews are removed from Ajois platform.
Once you have participated in an experience booked through Ajois, we will send you an email with a link that guides you through the review process.
Feedback on experiences is at the very core of what we do. If you had a great experience, show your support to the experience provider and leave a review! If you didn’t like the experience, your review can help the experience provider to further develop their services and to tell other users on the platform what they get by booking that experience.

Experience providers are obliged to have an insurance to cover any accidents to customers and their belongings during experiences due to faulty gear or failure to carry out the experience in a proper manner. Note, however, that the insurance does not cover losses caused by neglecting instructions or force majeure situations.

You can find a purchase dialog for gift cards the button "buy a gift card" on the header of Ajois web page. Just input the wanted value, your email and your phone number. You can also optionally name the giftee. The gift card is paid using most credit/debit cards safely by Stripe.
Each gift card has an unique code, that holds the amount of money used to purchase experiences using Ajois platform. You can use the gift card by searching for the desired experience reserving it and on the payment page you can insert the code of your gift card that will diminish the price maximally. Should the gift card be holding more money than the experience it is being used for, will the remaining value stay on the gift card. If the value of gift card be smaller than the experiece it is being used for, will the whole gift card be used to discount the price of experience. You only pay the remaining price.
